manufacturer's certification statement for solar system

IRS rules say I don't need manufacturer's certification statement for solar electric property if I can show that the property meets the required efficiency standards. What does that mean?

manufacturer's certification statement for solar system

You won't need that to claim the Solar Credit in TurboTax.  Just hang on to any paperwork you got from the installer.
