You will report foreign earned income under the Personal Income tab scroll down to Less Common Income and elect tostart/update Foreign Earned Income & Exclusion. You'll enter the P60 income there.

For the taxes paid on this income, under the Deductions & Credits tab scroll down to Estimates & Other Taxes Paid andelect to start/update Foreign Taxes.
