When I proceeded to enter my 2022 donations, there are no categories listed. I looked at my 2021 and 2020 donations and categories are listed but 2022 does not have categories listed... this is an IT issue. Please let me know when this has been fixed so I can proceed with doing that. I tried to call and the machine kept on saying that I had my last name wrong and to get help online. It's beyond impossible. I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. 2022 does not have categories listed. Please advise.

They are working on the FREE tool----check back later. You cannot use 2022 donations until you file a 2022 return in 2023, so you have plenty of time.
