Itemized deductions not being selected when higher than standard deduction

After all deduction calculations and exclusions, my itemized deductions are $28,000. Mt standard deduction is $17,750. The software is choosing the standard deduction and I can't override it.

Level 15

Go to Deductions & Credit. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Continue. Go through a few screens and then you will land on the screen showing the Total of your Standard Deduction and Itemized Deduction. To change what TurboTax selected for you, click on Change my deduction

Thank you for your response. I did call Intuit and they are generating an issue for this. You should not have to override if the itemized total is higher.
