Itemized deductions and schedule 2

I had H&R Block do my taxes last year and itemized my deductions.  They did not complete a Schedule 2 and Form 1040 line 11b confirms this (it's unchecked).  TurboTax is asking me for info on Schedule 2 line 45 and 46.  Since there is no schedule 2, what do I do? enter 0, leave it blank? something else?
