No, the Property Tax Relief check is not included in the State and Local refund summary. The property tax relief check is only included on the 2017 federal return. If you are a homeowner and claim property taxes as an itemized deduction, you will reduce your deduction by the amount of the check. If you claim the standard deduction on your federal return, this will not apply to you.  A check received in 2017 will be used on 2017 taxes.
