Is the Loan Origination Fee is deductible? This fee does not show on my 1098, but is shown on my loan disclosure statement.
Turbo Tax'tip says that point include Loan Origination Fee and is deductible.

Is the Loan Origination Fee is deductible? This fee does not show on my 1098, but is shown on my loan disclosure statement.
Since it is not mentioned in the 1098, IRS is not aware of it, so it can not be deducted.

Yes, it is - loan origination fees are included as points. You will enter it after you have entered your Form 1098 information but in the same section. TurboTax will ask some followup questions and then you will get the screen to enter this as a deduction.
