No, this is not deductible.
It's the amount your Employer paid, from your pre-tax Gross compensation, for your health care coverage.
Since the money was never yours to spend in any other way, it was not yours - it was your Employers - and entering your W-2 as written is the only thing you do with that amount.
It does not affect anything on your return in any way; It's just a Government way of tracking employer provided health care costs and coverage.

Hello I have a concern about that. My Box 12a says W 4630.82 and Box 12b says DD 6758.90. I had a HDHP and HSA that I contributed to. I paid the 4630.82 to my HSA and they contributed $400 to it. This seems suspicious or am I looking at this wrong?

All contributions made THROUGH your employer count the same, are pre-tax, and are Not deductible.

This DD code is important for some state returns. Some states allow deductions to income for insurance premiums. However, DD means amount paid by you AND employer. The amount to use for “Medical care insurance deduction” requires the amount YOU paid and may requires addition worksheet calculations.
