Is my employer providing an on-site child care?

My wife is a preschool teacher and takes our children with her to work. Her employer gives us 50% discount on the tuition. After the 50% discount, we paid over $10k last year in tuition. About $9,700 of the tuition was paid via Dependant Care Benefit.

Yes, preschool is considered child care.  It doesn't matter that it is your wife's employer.
