Is medical evacuation insurance tax deductible

I work overseas and purchase this.

So long as this is insurance to pay the costs of evacuation similar to ambulance costs (even if by air) the cost would be a medical expense deduction.

Is this still valid for 2017 AND what we bought is called a "membership" for 2 years to cover medical evacuation rather than using the term "insurance" - would that still be deductible?
