Is it possible to attach a Statement of foreign taxes to Form 1116 with turbotax?

Form 1116 Foreign tax credit , I have amounts in part II column n. I Need to attach a Statement showing the amounts. Is it possible to do this with Turbo tax?

An attachment to the federal tax return can only be sent with a tax return that is printed and mailed, not e-filed.

first is an 1116 really required. there are exceptions to filing. the form does allow for input on sone lines so a manual schedule should not be necessary.
