I completed my forms and paid the fees to e-file Fed and Michigan. I am not able to sign and e-file due to missing forms but no where are the missing forms listed as not available yet.
I spoke with a customer service rep for 30 minutes who eventually told me it’s because of my state, Michigan not accepting returns until 2/1. Well here it is 2/3 and still not able to e-file, no assistance from TurboTax and right now I just want a refund and I’ll file through H&R Block.
Seems there should be an easier way to understand the TurboTax problem and I’m getting nowhere.

I appreciate that link, however, I would think TurboTax should provide that information at the time of the tax preparation, not after the fees have been paid. Seems a bit sketchy and now I’m stuck just waiting to efile for another two weeks?
Thanks again for the information, just wish I was advised prior to paying for the service that I would have to wait almost a month to file because TurboTax doesn’t have all the forms.
