IRA distribution with 1099

I closed out an IRA under the COVID rules to not pay a penalty. I have not received any tax paperwork like a 1099. Where in TurboTax do I report this income?

IRA distribution with 1099

You have to get the 1099R for it.  Ask them for another copy.  Or maybe you can log into your IRA account and download the 1099R.
