Installed an energy efficient heat pump in my primary home in 2023. IRS Form 5695 , line 29 allows for 30% of the cost to be deducted. Why is TT Form allowing $300?

The Form 5695 Residential Energy Credits for tax year 2023 has not yet been finalized.

The Form 5695 is scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 02/07/2024.
