Should I indicate none for my husband in 1099SA when I am asked what type of HDHP my husband had in 2017, as the HSA was only in my name & was a family plan?

I am working on 2018 Form 1099-SA. I have been retired since 2016. The HSA was in my name (wife) and was a family plan. Turbo is asking me what type of HDHP my husband had in 2017. Since he was under the family plan of mine (he retired 04/16) and did NOT have one at his place of employment, do I answer this question as none? It also reference eligible individual

If TurboTax is asking you what type of HDHP coverage your spouse had on December 1st of the previous year, if your spouse had no HSA in the previous year, then you should answer "None" for your spouse.

This is because this question applies only to taxpayers who had an HSA in the previous year and made contributions to it - for all others, the right answer is None.
