If this was your personal residence and you didn't rent it or use it for business, you won't be charged federal or state income tax. For additional information, click on When would I have to file returns in more than one state?

However, if you receive form 1099-S, you will need to file an OK state income tax, showing you do not have a gain on your previous personal residence. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302480
