Property Tax Deduction: are water district fees base on net home value tax deductible?

Municipal Water District & Metro Water District fees are assessed on my property taxes.  These are voter approved bonds. Fees are bases on 1% net value of my home.  Are these fees tax deductible?   See attached property tax bill.

If the water district fees are assessed on your homes value and are part of your property tax bill, then they are deductible. Just add them in with your real estate taxes if they are listed as a separate total.
