If My parents deeded their home to me about 10 years ago. They have a right to live there the rest of their lives. i do not live there. can i deduct property taxes?

Yes, if you are on the deed, or you are the Remainder on a Life Estate Deed, and you make the payments, you may claim those payments.

Yes, if you are on the deed, or you are the Remainder on a Life Estate Deed, and you make the payments, you may claim those payments.
