If my job offers an employee lease program, and I lease a vehicle through them, are the payments tax deductible? I work for a car company.

My company offers an employee lease program for full time employees, I have leased a car through them for several years. Can i deduct anything for this? It's for personal use, but they do deduct my payment bi-weekly out of my paycheck and I have to pay for gas and insurance through the company.

Since it is for personal use and not business use no part of it is deductible.
