If I pay monthly premiums to an insurance company and file a claim that reimburses some of my premiums, would that be considered a BENEFIT?

If not -- then why are Social Security disbursements (funded by me) labeled as "BENEFITS"?

What?   Are you worried about the verbiage?   The amount of Social Security you receive each month can be called Social Security benefits.   You paid in to SS during the years that you worked,  and then you start receiving monthly benefits.

What does that have to do with reimbursing you for health insurance premiums?  What are you trying to ask about?

No worried. Just irked by some calling Social Security a gift bestowed upon you by an office holder of some sort.
