I've recently moved overseas and canceled my US bank account. Is it possible to pay my fees/receive refund with a foreign credit card/bank account? What to do if not? Thx

I moved for an extended period and won't be returning anytime soon. I worked in the US until June of 2023 and since my move I only have a foreign bank account.

If you do not have a US bank account, you can open one to get your refund direct deposited or the IRS will mail your refund to the address you list on your return.  They will not direct deposit into a foreign bank account.
