You can manually switch to itemized deductions and see if that is better for you. You can also look at your Schedule A and see where you are and if all of your mortgage interest was properly reported on it.

You could also try deleting your Form 1098's and re-entering them. Sometimes this works. Also, you must answer the question, "Is this loan secured by a property of yours?" as "Yes" in order for your mortgage interest to be included.
