I would like a CPA to help me set up and prepare for 2019 taxes for my new businesses as a rideshare driver and a mobile notary. Both are 1099 and I want to pay as I go.

I think that's beyond the level of service that TurboTax can provide. TurboTax, even with support from a tax expert, is basically for preparing a tax return. You should look for a local CPA, EA, or other tax professional.
