I received a taxable fellowship from abroad on 2020. Should I add it as foreign income or as a fellowship? And how to add any of those on Turbotax?

A fellowship is considered wage income. If you earned it while overseas, then you would report it as foreign income by using the following menu tabs in TurboTax:

Income and expenses
Less common income
Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion

Indicate that you received a statement from my foreign employer, then enter the fellowship income.
