I own foreign shares that I receive dividends from but not a 1099-DIV. TurboTax says to enter as if I did have a 1099-DIV but then demands a FEIN. How can I resolve this?

I cannot progress past the review without entering a FEIN, but I do not have a FEIN to enter.

TT may ask for an ein but it's really not required nor is it transmitted.   use forms mode.
