I live in Singapore currently, and lived in China for the past 3 years. I have never filed taxes, and have no idea what I'm doing. Will I be able to back tax this?

If you are a US citizen or green card holder you need to file a US tax return ever year declaring your worldwide income. TurboTax can help you with this. You can file 2015, 2016 and 2017 federal and state with TurboTax. You will need to use either the Deluxe or Premier versions. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
You can use the foreign earned income exclusion and/or the foreign tax credit to exclude foreign income or to use foreign tax credit to help offset any double taxation.
You need to also make sure you are current on filing your Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR)

You may also have Form 8938 filing requirements which can be filed with your TurboTax returns.
