The IRS has not yet announced when they will start accepting these credits. Turbotax will be updated as soon as allowable but we don't know when that will be. You can wait, or you can file without the credit and amend later.
The energy credit originally expired on
December 31, 2016. It was then extended for 2017 by the Bipartisan Budget Act
of 2018 signed on February 9, 2018.
TurboTax will update its tax program as soon as the IRS updates the form. The IRS has not yet updated Form 5695 that is used to calculate and report the credit.
Two options: Wait to file until the IRS updates the Form 5695, or file now
without the mortgage insurance deduction and amend later when the form
is updated.
