I have Parkinson's disease and my doctor has recommended hard exercise to slow the progress. I have joined a gym and boxing fitness program.. Are these fees deductible ?

No, unfortunately, the gym membership/boxing fitness program is not a deductible medical expense even if it will improve your condition. The IRS sees a difference between recommended and prescribed- and in these situations, usually physical therapy qualifies (which is rather silly because it is more expensive and not always necessary)
