Under Health Care, simply say that you were insured all year. Your plans don't sound like any of those listed in the program, so say No, and you'll be done.

I am not eligible for the PTC because I had minimum essential coverage (Medicare part A) but I also paid for insurance through the exchange. How do I indicate that?
