If you filed today and it was accepted already, then you won't be able to add those charitable contributions without filing an amended return (1040X).
However, first check and see if you took the Standard Deduction or if you Itemized. If you do not have enough Itemized Deductions then Turbo Tax applies (or adds) the Standard Deduction to your tax return because it produces a larger deduction for you.
So, if you took the Standard Deduction...it may not be worth amending your tax return unless the charitable contributions you want to add push your Itemized Deductions to total more than your Standard Deduction.

My reporting income for married jointly for year 2019 was $ 33,480 and through Turbotax method a standard deduction was applied. I hoping to find an answer. If I forgot to include charity donation / deduction for year 2019 at $ 15,620 dollars. Would it worth to use itemized deduction. Or it could be added to standard deduction.
