I have an in-home childcare business, do i need to list the money recieved for each child separately or as a total cash sum?

I watched 5 children for 3 different mothers, do I need to list the cash recieved for each child and/or parent separately? And the same goes for meal expenses

You should report the total amount for all of your clients, combined.  Same with meal expenses.

However, you should maintain all of your records that you're basing these amounts on, just in case the IRS is interested at a later date.
