No. but you may qualify for an Energy Credit. Go to Federal Taxes; Deductions and Credits; Your Home, then Home Energy Credits.

But why two heat pumps? Do you have a duplex, and rent out half?

Could be dual system, one for each floor, best way to AC a house in the South

Just want to make sure OP doesn't have a rental.

I have a 2500sq ft two story house it requires two heatpumps
