I have $1.35 as Foreign Tax Paid in a 1099DIV. Now I am asked if I want a deduction or credit. I have no other info on this tax paid. What should I do?

Go backwards in the interview until you see the screen header, "Tell us about your foreign taxes."Click on "skip the foreign tax credit." The next screen header is "foreign taxes."  Click continue.  TT will exit the interview and the credit should appear on line 48 of the 1040.
