I entered my Donations to Charity in my 2022 1040-SR but I did not get the standard deduction of $600 (filing jointly) on the year's return. Was the standard eliminated?

The $600 cash charitable donation was removed from entry on the Form 1040 if you are taking the Standard Deduction after tax year 2021. The charitable donation can only be entered as an itemized deduction on Schedule A.

I âm donating 100% of IRA RMD automatically to a qualified charity. Where do I indicate this? Can I still use the married filing jointly standard deduction also?
