I don’t have a 2441 form

TurboTax will automatically complete Form 2441 Child Care and Dependent Expenses from the information you provide when you are preparing your tax return.  You do not enter information directly into Form 2441.

Turbo tax doesn't show my dependent on dropdown. But he is listed as dependent. Why?

Are you referring to the list that populates at the beginning of the "Child and Dependent Care" interview?  If you don't see your dependent listed there, the page offers you the opportunity to "add a dependent".  Just click that box at the bottom of the page and then click "add a dependent" again on the follow on page.
