I do not have foreign income. I thought I did because I earned money in Puerto Rico and I thought that's what it meant and it's not letting me remove it without paying

Clear and Start Over.  As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered your product, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. You can’t clear and start over if you've done any of these things, so you'll need to manually edit your return.
