I didn't keep receipts of my medical expense how can I find out how much I paid out of pocket?

There are two good ways to track your medical expenses if you haven't kept receipts.  First if you have health insurance, I would log on to the site and look up all your claims for the year.  That should have all your medical expenses and hopefully all your prescription too.  Next, if you use a credit or bank card, you can log on to your bank web site and look up expenses by location and sometimes the bank categorizes the expense too.  If you do not use a card at the pharmacy, you can try to see if the pharmacy can print you a list of your yearly spending.   Generally speaking, I use receipts to match up against my claims off the health insurance site and bank.
