I cannot get form 5695 to complete

I have repeatedly filled out 5695 for window deduction and it will not accept. Help.

Under the new tax law, federal energy credits are only available for solar, wind, geothermal, or fuel cell installations. There is no longer a federal tax credit for items such as energy-efficient windows.

A few states still allow those energy credits. If you live in one of those states, you'll be asked about it when you do your state return.
