I am unable to efile and receive this error. No 2441, no box 10 on W2 "Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not elible for efile"

I'm attempted to efile a KY state return with a federal and receive the following error.

"Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for electronic billing".

I have made sure form 2441 is deleted although it showed nothing, it was not auto repopulated. My W2 is has nothing populated in box 10.

This is a known problem.
