I am an egg donor and received a 1099-MISC form. When i get to the question: Did the Egg Donation involve an intent to earn money? I am not sure what to choose.

It depends. Did you donate the eggs for the money? If so, say yes. If not, say no.

If you did it for the money, file a Schedule C. If not, enter it as other common income income.
