Yes, you may deduct ordinary and necessary job-related expenses on your tax return if you itemize deductions. According to IRS Pub 535: Business Expenses, you can generally deduct premiums you pay for insurance related to your trade or business, such as insurance that covers your personal liability for professional negligence resulting in injury or damage to patients or clients.

Note: Job-related expenses are reported on Schedule A, Itemized Deductions, and are not fully deductible as they are subject to the 2% rule.
