I already filed my taxes on Turbo Tax about 23 days ago now, shows accpected but IRS says still pending, I need my money asap, due to losing my house and car.

Normally, the IRS issues refunds within 21 days.  However, sometimes they take a little longer and unfortunately, there is no way to speed up the process.
