HSA Transfer - Contribution limit question

If I contributed $1900 to an HSA via my old employer early in 2020, then transferred the entire old HSA ($3400) to my new employer's HSA, a brand new company, later in 2020, is my contribution to my new HSA for 2020 limited to $1650 ($3550-$1900)?

is my contribution to my new HSA for 2020 limited to $1650 ($3550-$1900)?   Yes ... no matter how many jobs you have the limit is for the year.
