HSA rollover contributions

BNY closed my HSA in error which resulted in a $1300 distribution. The funds were rolled over in less than 60 days. My 1099 distribution includes the 1300 distributed in error. However, I do not have anything for the roll over. Should I enter the roll over manually? And for the question: did the HSA distribution go towards medical expenses? Should I say yes? All expenses except for roll over amount were spent on medical expenses thank you

When TurboTax asks if you used your HSA to pay for anything in 2016, answer Yes.  Enter the Form 1099-SA that BNY was required to send to you by the end of January 2017.  In the follow-up, indicate that you spent part of it on medical expenses, then indicate the specific amount that you spent on medical expenses and the amount that you rolled over.

I corrected my answer to say to separately enter the amount used for medical expenses and the amount rolled over.  (I originally overlooked that part was spent on medical expenses.)
