In the initial information gathering, Turbo Tax asks if I have taken any HSA distributions?  My HSA was used only for medical expenses and all monies were paid directly to providers or pharmacies.  What is the appropriate answer to this question?

Yes, I received HSA distributions

OR

No, I did not receive any HSA distributions

thanks,

revrn

Amounts from your HSA that you use to pay for medical expenses are HSA distributions.

They are reported on form 1099-SA.

You should answer YES to the question.
