How do I remove EIC

I cant find the form. So I want to not use EIC

You cannot remove EIC. Even if you over-ride the amount on the form, the IRS will give you the credit if you are eligible after they receive your tax return.

If you are eligible for earned income credit it is added to your tax form automatically. Why are you trying to remove it?
