How do I remove an amount for HSA account?

You may need to delete the form itself:

• Log into your account; click Take Me to My Return if necessary.
  
• Click on My Account at the top of the screen
• Then click on Tools and select Delete a Form
• Scroll through the list of forms and when you find the HSA form (usually form 8889), click Delete next to it
• It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
• The form will be deleted
