How do i know if i have a health savings account?

If you were on a high deductible health insurance plan during 2016, then you would have been offered the chance to sign up for a health savings account card. You would have specified if you wanted one and how much you wanted to contribute.Then, you would have received a card to use to pay your out of pocket medical expenses. If you never signed up or received a card, then you probably didn't have a health savings account card.
