How do I find out if I have a carry over credit from buying an energy efficient HVAC system?

I got a $600 credit last year, but do I get to claim any other credits?

No, there's no federal carryover credit for purchasing an HVAC system in 2023.  If you have any other energy-efficient purchases that were made in 2024, you may have an opportunity to receive the credit this year, too.
