"How do I enter the TOTAL "Wash Sale Loss Disallowed" amount from my 1099-B? I don't want to enter each sale individually. TT only allows me to enter Proceeds and Cost.

On the screen where you enter the proceeds and cost, check the box that says "I need to adjust my total cost basis." That will give you a box labeled "Total adjustments to gain (or loss)" and a list of adjustment codes. Enter the total wash sale loss disallowed in the total adjustments box, and check the box for code W (nondeductible loss from a wash sale).
